1. Do I need to register an account before shopping at your website?

Registering a member account is not mandatory. You can directly click "Checkout" when submitting an order without registering an account. However, if you register as a member, you can enjoy more exclusive benefits:

2. Are there shipping fees for online orders?

If the total amount of the order is HK$500 or above, free shipping within Hong Kong.

If the total amount of the order is less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for delivery within Hong Kong.

After successfully ordering and paying, you will be redirected to the "Thank you! Your order has been placed!" page. You will also receive an "Order Confirmation" email with the order information attached. If you have successfully registered as a lightmusichk.com member, you can also click here to check the latest status of your order.


5. How long does it take to receive the product?

Under normal circumstances, the ordered products will be delivered to the designated location within 2-7 working days after the order is confirmed. (outlying islands and remote areas may take a few more days for shipping) The delivery time may be varied due to festivals or epidemics (such as: Christmas festival, Chinese New Year and Easter).

*Orders will only be processed and arranged for delivery on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

 

6. After submitting the order, can I modify the order or delivery method?

Once an order is submitted, you cannot modify any purchased items or add-on products within the same order. You can re-create a new order to add items, but all discounts cannot be combined between different orders.

If you need to modify the delivery method of an order that has been successfully placed, you need to contact the SF Express Customer Service Center directly. Or you can cancel the "unpaid" order, place a new order and choose the appropriate shipping method.


7. Can I cancel any submitted orders?

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please consider carefully before checkout.


8. Do you provide overseas delivery?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, while free shipping is available for purchases over a specific amount.

The discounts announced on the website shall prevail. You can check with our customer service department for more details.

 

9. The product is out of stock, what should I do?

If you have successfully registered as a member of lightmusichk.com, you can click "Notify me on arrival" on the product page. We will notify you by email when the product arrives. If you are not a registered member, you will not be able to receive the "arrival notification". Therefore, we recommend  completing the simple steps to register as a member.


10. Can I enjoy online limited offers through resellers?
